I'm All Ears!

Hi guys! I just wanted to show you my mani that I did using some of the polishes from OPI Minnie Mouse collection.

For my base color I used two coats of OPI I'm All Ears. It is a beautiful shimmery red with a hint of pink in it. Very easy to apply.

I used OPI If You Moust You Moust for the pink dots and just some random black and white polish for the rest of the dots.I really love how it turned out!
I'm really sorry this post is so short, I have been super busy. Everything should be calming down in the next two weeks and I can start posting more. :)
Talk to ya later!

Cute Summer Pedicure!

Hi Guys! I have a really cute post for you today featuring my 3 year old Piper!  Every since she was a baby I tried to paint her nails. I would sneak and try to do it while she was asleep. That really didn't work. Now she wants me to paint her nails! Even though she will pick it off in an hour I still love to do it.

She wanted me to do her toes so I decided I was going to go all out. She picked the color. Fingerpaints Wharhol Wannabe. I know I have already shown this to you guys but how could I say no ?! I used Konad plate m75 and stamped with Konad white polish. For the flower center I used just a drop of nail glue to add the rhinestones. I wanted to make sure it wouldn't easily come off. After I was done she wanted me to take some pictures. Once again how could I say no?!

Hope you liked this cute little post! Talk to you guys later!

Mother's Day Nails!

Hi guys!  I had a great accomplishment in the world of motherhood this week. My three year old is finally potty trained! It has been a little tough with having a baby and a toddler. She couldn't understand why she had to use the potty and her sister still got to wear a diaper. But now she wants to go to the potty! I'm one happy Momma! Anyway, these are the nails I will be wearing for Mother's Day!

two coats, plus top coat

I wanted to go with something pink. I choose my old favorite. OPI, Mod About You. It is a beautiful opaque baby pink. The formula is a little thick, but it is not hard to work with. I used some nail stickers that I got at Rite-Aid. I went with a crown on my thumb.  Then a cluster of pearls and rhinestones on my ring finger. I added three rhinestones above the crown, to represent me and my two little princesses! This was my first time using nail stickers. They are super easy, and I really love them!

I love how it turned out! It is so me! Being a Mom can make you feel crazy sometimes, but it is the best job in the world! I am so blessed! I want to wish all you Mom's out there a Happy Mother's Day!

Barbie inspired nails

Happy Friday! Today I have some nail art for you. I was digging around in my stash and I came across this glitter polish by Wet n Wild, Diamond in the Rough. I believe it came out around Christmas. I new that I wanted to you it then I seen  one of my daughter's barbie dresses. That is what inspired me to do these nails. Barbie and glitter! Hope you like!

For my pink base color I used Sinful Colors Cream Pink. It is a cream but it has gold shimmers in it. Two easy coats.

On the rest of my fingers I just put a basic black for my base color. Then added two coats of Wet n Wild Diamond in the Rough to my index and ring fingers.

For my roses I used Revlon Metallic.
I smeared my stripes when I applied my top coat. Ahhh I hate when that happens. By baby was about to wake up from her nap so I was a little impatient.

For a final touch i added some rhinestones to the center of my roses.

For my dots I used China Glaze Gothic Lolita. It's a medium to dark purple with pink shimmers. It's so pretty!
Then in my dots I added some small glitter that I got at Michael's. Raspberry for my big dots and Muse for my smaller dots.

Cherry inspired nail art

Hi guys! Today I have this really cute cherry nail art for you. I wanted to do something brighter than what I have been doing. This has really gotten me in the mood for summer!

For the red base color I used two coats of Nicole by OPI, That's Totally Red-ical. This is my favorite red! It has tiny little shimmers, and it is a dream to apply. For the white I used Sally Hansen Insta-dry, Whirlwind White. I used a thin brush to apply the stripes, and a dotting tool for the cherries. Stripe colors are China Glaze, Lemon Fizz and Kleancolor, TLC. For cherries I used the same red as my base color and instead of using brown for the steams I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear, Going Green.

Glamorous Bridal nail art

Hi Guys!
So today I have my first nail look for brides. This is for the bride who wants to sparkle and shine but not be to dramatic. Hope you like!

I used three polishes. Pure Ice Nasty Girl, a sheer white shimmery metallic with a hint of pink. China Glaze Fairy Dust, a fine holo glitter. Color Club Magic Attraction, a medium sizes holo glitter.

First I applied Nasty Girl with a cosmetic sponge starting a little bit above my cuticle, using a dabbing motion. I did this three or four times staring a little above where I started the time before to make a gradient effect. Then I used Fairy Dust with the sponge the same way I did the first polish only doing it twice. Lastly I used Magic Attraction on the very tips of my nail with sponge. After it dried added my top coat.

I really love how this turned out. This would look so good on long nails. You don't have to be a bride to wear this. I'm going to be rockin this at the grocery store! lol! Let me know what you think :)

Pastel abstract nail art

Today I have this pastel abstract nail art. It was really fun doing this design. I'm new to nail art, so this was a perfect design to just do and not have to worry about being neat. It looks kinda messy, but I think it looks great that way! I hope you all do too!

For my base color I used OPI Suzi & The Lifeguard. It is a shimmery light pink with a little bit of a pearl finish. Then I used a striper brush and did random stripes of white and lavender acrylic paint. For the glitter stripes I used Ghina Glaze Full Spectrum from their new Prismatic Chorma line.

Thanks for reading!
